Feelings Forward – For Women who are – or were – in high conflict relationships
Leaning into your feelings can be scary. We are here to guide you in a safe space and walk alongside
you as you rediscover yourself through exploring emotions related to current or past high-conflict relationships. At group, we will discuss how to be mindful and tune into your emotions, while delving into some specific emotions, like anger, joy, shame, and grief. We will share about how trauma can affect your emotional responses, teach you grounding skills and techniques, and how to honor your emotions and live with intention.
