Jewish Family Service complies with applicable federal and New Jersey privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), when applicable.

By opting in, you acknowledge and accept this risk. Detailed or confidential health information will not be transmitted via SMS.

8. Eligibility and Authorization
By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
Jewish Family Service may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the SMS program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
