Rossana Gallegos-Veliz, LSW

Rossana holds a BA in psychology and an MSW from Montclair State University. Rossana has experience as a Behavioral Assistant, providing support to young individuals within their homes and communities. She has also served as a Paraprofessional in school settings, further honing her skills in guiding and mentoring students. Additionally, Rossana has made significant contributions as a Behavioral Technician working with children on the Autism Spectrum. During her internship at JFS, Rossana gained valuable experience working with adults, providing support and guidance to help them overcome challenges and achieve personal growth.

Passionate about conducting 1:1 therapy with individuals of all ages, Rossana aims to support personal growth and resilience. Looking ahead, Rossana aspires to expand her scope of practice and delve into the intricacies of family systems. Recognizing the profound impact of familial dynamics on individuals’ lives, she is determined to contribute her expertise and support families in fostering healthier, more harmonious relationships.
