Milagros Belaunde
Milagros is a dedicated advocate and accomplished professional whose career spans over two decades of service to vulnerable communities. Born in Peru, she earned her degree in Law and Political Science where she developed a strong foundation in legal processes and social justice.
For the past thirteen years, she has served as Program Coordinator of the PEACE: A Learned Solution (PALS) program. Milagros’s unique perspective as an immigrant, combined with her extensive experience working with minority communities. Her bilingual capabilities and cultural competency have proven invaluable in serving the Latino community, where she bridges language barriers and cultural differences to ensure effective care and support.
Her comprehensive understanding of legal and social, positions her as a trusted resource for families navigating complex recovery processes and seeking pathways to stability and healing.
