Madeline Garcia
Madeline is a Bilingual Case Manager with strong foundation in social work, community mental health and core coordination. She is completing her Bachelors of Social Work at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
Madeline provides intake support, needs assessment, documentation, and ongoing case management, helping clients access behavioral health services, benefits, housing resources, and community supports. Her practiced is guided by trauma-informed, person-centered, strengths-based approaches, and motivational interviewing.
Personal Statement: I believe everyone deserves to feel supported, understood, and connected to the resources they need to move forward. My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel comfortable asking for help, building skills, and working towards their goals. I am passionate about meeting people where they are, offering practical support, and helping individuals build stability, confidence, and independence at their own pace.
