Personal Statement: I am someone who genuinely cares about people and the experiences that shape them. Growing through both healthcare and social work settings has taught me that behind every diagnosis or insurance plan is a person who deserves patience, respect, and understanding. I strive to be the kind of social worker who listens first, advocates strongly, and shows up consistently. My goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, empowered, and less alone as they navigate difficult moments in their lives. I believe in meeting people where they are, honoring their culture and lived experiences, and walking alongside them as they build confidence, stability, and hope for their future.
