Stephanie Garcia

Stephanie is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree with a minor in Criminal Justice. She has extensive experience working with youth and families in high-risk communities and possesses strong knowledge of legal and court processes. Stephanie has worked in the Child Support Intake Department, collaborating closely with the Family Division, and has also served as a Probation Officer in both Union and Passaic County Courthouses.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has developed strong case management skills and significant experience in creating and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs. She is fully bilingual and provides Spanish-language services to clients as needed. Passionate about social work, Stephanie is dedicated to empowering individuals and giving back to the community.
