Jewish Family Service’s Sequoia Wellness Center presents a Self-Defense Class for adults 60+

Thursday, November 30 at 12:30 PM

With Jim Meghdir, chief instructor at the Clifton Martial Arts Academy. Including a presentation by the Sheriff of the Passaic County Police Department.

$20 for the class, free for Sequoia members.
