Are you part of a sisterhood, adult education group, community center, women’s social service organization or men’s club? Project S.A.R.A.H. provides free presentations to community groups on Domestic Abuse & Sexual Abuse. We offer prevention programs in your school (Alienu Safety Kid Program) and/or synagogue, in order to build healthy relationships. Programs are provided by a team of professionals and volunteers trained by Project S.A.R.A.H. A typical program is approximately 60 minutes long, and is tailored to the needs of individual groups. To arrange a presentation for your group, contact us.
Project S.A.R.A.H has developed a selection of eight short videos designed to trigger in-depth conversation about potential problems in relationships. Some sample topics covered are: stalking, pornography addiction, financial abuse, loshon hara in dating and family conflicts related to dating. The videos are accompanied by a curriculum that can facilitate group discussions on these topics.
Please contact Project S.A.R.A.H. if you are interested in a program using these videos. 973-777-7638 x154

Every county in New Jersey has its own domestic violence shelter. These shelters have been trained to meet the needs of Jewish women and are an important resource if you need the safety and support they can provide. Project S.A.R.A.H. provides a kosher kit to each shelter that includes non-perishable supplies for a woman and 3 children for 48 hours. After that, we will work with the shelter to insure access to Kosher food.
