Tova Bio PictureTova Brody is a graduate of the Rutgers University School of Social Work. As an intake assistant, Tova is one of the first professionals to interact with incoming clients, partnering with them to help find their best therapeutic match. Tova has experience working individually with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She treats clients coping with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, trauma, and family challenges. Her background includes training in a broad range of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, play, narrative, and psychodynamic therapies. Tova also participates in Project S.A.R.A.H. and the Magen Yeladim (Aleinu) Safety Kid program, speaking to a variety of audiences on topics such as domestic violence, child safety, and healthy relationships. Tova brings warmth and compassion to her work with clients. Her empathic approach empowers clients to build emotional resilience and meet their individual needs.
