Thalia Sanchez

Thalia Sanchez received her B.A. in Psychology at Rutgers University and obtained her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Felician University. She is currently continuing her education and pursuing her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Felician. She is bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English. Thalia has experience working with children and families of domestic violence in the Peace is A Learned Solution program (PALS). Thalia also provides individual counseling using an eclectic treatment approach for children and adults, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, and Mindfulness. She is also a Support Coordinator for the Division of Development Disabilities assisting individuals with disabilities to access services as well as providing a warm and supportive process for their families.
